After spending over a decade in the sports data industry, I decided to pursue my passion for web development by completing a course in this field.
While I am still a novice in this industry, I am excited to continue developing my skills and knowledge to become an expert in web development.

- Regular metric check-ins to ensure alignment across analysts along with the creation of new metrics to help monitor analyst performance
